摘要
应用Li-6400便携式光合仪,于2008年9月对城市环境下生长的紫丁香和火炬树的光合作用特征进行比较研究。结果表明:①紫丁香和火炬树的光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)和水分利用效率(WUE)的日变化均为"单峰"曲线,但其峰值出现的时刻和大小有所不同。②t检测分析表明,火炬树的光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、细胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、光能利用效率(LUE)和CO2利用效率(CUE)均大于紫丁香,两者之间有显著性差异;但火炬树的WUE却显著小于紫丁香。③相关性分析表明,对紫丁香Pn影响最显著的因子是Gs,其次是Tr、PAR、Ca、RH和Ci;对火炬树Pn影响最显著的因子是Gs、Tr,其次是PAR、Ca、Ci和RH。对紫丁香Gs影响最显著的因子是Tr、PAR,其次是Ca、Ci和RH;对火炬树Gs影响最显著的因子是Tr、Ci,其次是Ca、RH和PAR。总的来看,火炬树与紫丁香相比具有较强的竞争优势。
A comparative study on the leaf photosynthesis characteristics of Syringa oblata and Rhus typhina growing in an urban environment was conducted in mid-September in 2008 by using Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system.The results were summarized as follows:①The curves of diurnal variation in Pn,Tr,Gs and WUE of Syringa oblata and Rhus typhina leaves have one peak with differences in the time and the value of the peaks occurred in terms of Pn,Tr,Gs and WUE.② The t test indicated that the Pn,Tr,Gs,Ci,LUE and CUE for Rhus typhina are significantly higher than that for Syringa oblata; However, WUE is obviously lower in Rhus typhina than that in Syringa oblata. ③The correlation analysis indicated that the most remarkable factors affecting Pn of Syringa oblate is Gs, the next is Tr, PAR, Ca, RH and Ci ; and the most remarkable factors affecting Pn of Rhus typhina are Gs and Tr , the next is PAR, Ca, Ci and RH ; the factors affecting Gs of Syringa oblata are ranked as Tr 〉 PAR 〉 Ca 〉 Ci 〉 RH, the factors affecting Gs ofRhus typhina are ranked as Tr 〉 Ci 〉 Ca 〉 RH 〉 PAR. Rhus typhina has advantages in competition with Syringa oblata.
