摘要
目的探讨加强院前急救护理对提高院前救护效果的影响。方法将我院自2015年6月至2016年6月进行院前急救的74例患者作为研究对象,根据入院时间随机分为对照组与研究组,各37例,对照组患者给予常规护理服务,研究组患者给予加强院前急救护理措施,比较两组患者院前抢救的效果。结果研究组出车反应时间和转运途中时间明显短于对照组;救治成功率为91.89%(34/37),明显高于对照组的78.38%(29/37),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强院前急救护理管理能够有效缩短院前急救所需的时间,提高患者救治成功率,效果显著,可进行推广使用。
Objective To investigate the influence of strengthen the pre-hospital emergency care to improve the effect of pre-hospital care. Methods Seventy four cases of patients who received pre-hospital emergency care in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects. All the patients were randomly divided into research group and control group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional care service, the research group was given strengthen pre-hospital emergency care measures. The pre-hospital rescue effect of the two groups were compared. Results The response time and transportation time in the research group were significantly less than that in the control group, the success rate for rescue of research group was 91.89% （34/37）, which was significantly higher than 78.38% （29/37） of the control group, the differences between two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion To strengthen the pre-hospital emergency care management can effectively shorten the time of pre-hospital emergency, and improve the success rate for rescue, and the effect is significant, which is worthy of promotion.
