摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在提高救护车5 min出车率中的应用效果。方法通过品管圈活动,针对救护车5 min出车率低的现状进行查检、分析原因、确定真因,拟定对策,分阶段实施并检讨,统计并比较开展品管圈活动前后救护车5 min出车率。结果品管圈活动前后救护车平均出车时间由3.69 min下降至2.88 min,下降幅度为21.95%,出车速度加快;5 min出车率由78.26%提升至100.00%,2017年底全地级市5 min出车率考核为全市第一;患者满意度由92%提升至100%,上升幅度为8.7%,患者满意度明显提高;2018年8月荣获广东省首届医院品管圈大赛三级医院护理组三等奖。结论品管圈活动能有效提高救护车5 min出车率。
Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle(QCC)in improving ambulance departure rate within 5 minutes.Methods Based on the current situation that the rate of ambulance dispatching within 5 minutes was relatively low,and the quality control circle was applied to check and analyze the reasons,formulate countermeasures,implement and review in phases,and compare the rate of ambulance dispatching within 5 minutes before and after the implementation of quality control circle.Results Comparing the average ambulance departure time before and after the application of quality control circle program,the average time decreased from 3.69 minutes to 2.88 minutes,dropped by 21.95%.The vehicle departure rate within 5 minutes increased from 78.26%to 100.00%.By the end of 2017,in the whole prefecture-level city assessment,our hospital ranked first in terms of the vehicle departure rate within 5 minutes.Patients'satisfaction was improved significantly with an increase rate of 8.7%,from 92%to 100%.In August 2018,we won the third prize in the hospital nursing group of the first hospital quality control circle competition of Guangdong province.Conclusion The application of QCC can effectively improve the ambulance departure rate within 5 minutes.
