摘要
目的探讨在急救情形下,影响急救护士作出决策的因素。方法根据护士实践决策能力得分测评量表,对80名在院前急救系统工作的专业护士进行能力测评;采用定性描述方法,自行设计制作表格问卷,讨论分析院前决策的影响因素。结果护士决策能力得分2~6（4.51±1.17）分;院前急救护士决策能力影响因素评分由高至低依次为：护理教育、胜任感、自信、工作环境和人际关系。多元回归分析显示：护理教育、胜任感、自信、工作环境及人际关系均是院前急救护士决策能力的影响因素（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论确定影响护士决策的因素,加强该方面培训,使护士快速适应各种特定的环境,提高为患者服务的能力。
Objective To investigate factors that influence decision-making ability of nurses in emergency care.Methods A total of 80 nurses,working at the department of emergency,were evaluated in terms of their decision-making ability using the Practical Knowledge Inventory.A self-made questionnaire was developed to collect data and quantitative analysis was conducted to seek the influencing factors.Results The average score of nurses′decision-making ability ranged from 2 to 6,averaging（4.51±1.17）.Nursing education had the strongest influence on nurses′decision-making ability during prehospital care,followed by competence,confidence,work environment and interpersonal relationship.Multiple regression analysis revealed that nursing education,competence,confidence,working environments and interpersonal relationship were principal factors influencing the decision-making ability of nurses.Conclusion The factors influencing the decision-making ability of nurses are determined.Related training should be strengthened to help nurses to adapt to various environments,so as to provide better service for patients.
