张紧装置是带式输送机组成的最基本单元,分析了不同种类张紧装置的特点,张紧装置在不同类型带式输送机上的位置及其影响,对张紧装置和制动器的相对关系进行了论述,以优化张紧装置的布局。
The tensioner is one of the basic units of belt conveyor. The features of various tensioner are analyzed, and the distribution of tensioners and its influence on various belt conveyor are also studied. Expoundes the relationship between the tensioner and brake in order to optimize the distribution of the tensioner.
