摘要
通过对大倾角上运带式输送机的起动过程进行分析建模,给出了其边界条件和求解方法。在此基础上,对实际使用中的大倾角输送机的起动过程进行了仿真分析,分析表明该输送机设计裕量较大,起动过程速度控制合适,动态张力变化不大,起动平稳,满足传动设计要求。
Analyze and model on steeply inclined belt conveyor starting, and offered the boundary conditions and solution method. Meanwhile, it carried out simulation analysis on the steeply inclined belt conveyor running in the coal mine. The result showed that the conveyor has big design parameter, appropriate starting velocity, little dynamic belt tension change and steady starting process. It satisfied the requirement of drive design fully.
