摘要
给出了带式输送机的黏弹性振动方程及位移解和动张力的计算方法 ,研究了在采用矩形、正弦形、抛物线形加速度时胶带的动张力特性 ,并给出了限制和消除带式输送机黏弹性振动的设计方法 ,提出了最佳的软起动和软制动控制曲线 ,结合沙曲矿井主斜井胶带输送机工程实例与美国CDI (ConveyorDynamics ,Inc )用有限元数值计算的结果进行了对比 ,两个计算结果非常接近 ,可用于理论研究与工程设计 .
This paper provides a belt conveyor's viscoelastic oscillatory equation, its displacement properties and calculation method of dynamic tension. It studies dynamic tension properties of the belt when the rectangular, sine and parabola acceleration are adopted, and gives a design method of limiting belt conveyor's viscoelastic vibration. The optimal soft starting and soft stopping control curves are recommended. An example of the slope conveyor in the Sha Qu Mine is presented for the calculation and comparision with numerical calculation results from American CDI (Conveyor Dynamics, Inc.); the two calculation results are very close. The method the paper provides can be applied to theoretical study and engineering design.
