摘要
目的为了更加客观、准确地对医学学科带头人进行量化评价,建立一套学科带头人评价指标体系,科学评估、合理促进医院学科发展。方法通过查阅文献、咨询专家等方法,构建指标体系框架,采用德尔菲法、层次分析法确定医学学科带头人评价指标体系和各级指标权重系数。结果构建的指标体系为三级指标结构:6个一级指标,22个二级指标,40个三级指标。结论该研究建立的医学学科带头人评价指标体系具有较好的科学性和可操作性。
Objective To establish a set of evaluation index system of academic leaders in order to more objectively and accurately evaluate the medical academic leaders thus rationally promoting the development of hospital disciplines. Methods The index system frame was constructed by referring to literatures and consulting experts, and the evaluation index system of medical academic leaders and various index weight coefficients were defined by the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process. Results The constructed index system was three-level index structure, including 6 first-level indexes, 22 secondlevel indexes and 40 third-level indexes. Conclusion The constructed evaluation index system of medical academic leaders has a good scientificalness and operability.
