摘要
目的:对医务社会工作者进行绩效评价,制定出绩效评价指标体系及其权重系数,以此进一步促进医务社会工作在国内的规范发展。方法:采用德尔菲法结合层次分析法和百分权重法确定指标体系权重系数。结果:该指标体系包含一级指标3个,二级指标12个,三级指标37个,各指标权重合理。结论:所建立的指标体系及权重系数科学、合理,具有较强的可操作性。
Object： In order to promote the formal domestic development of medical social work, the study carried out performance evaluation of the medical social worker, set up performance evaluation index system, and determined index weight coefficient. Methods： The study was conducted by the Delphi method, the analytical hierarchy process and the percentile method.Results： The whole index system consisted of 3 first-level indices, 12 second-level indices and 37 third- level indices with corresponding reasonable weight coefficients. Conclusion： The index system proved to be scientific and reasonable, capable of practical application.
