摘要
医学学科带头人的评价工作十分重要,而建立科学、合理的评价指标体系是关键。通过分析医学学科带头人评价指标体系的研究方法与现状,提出应加强中医药学人才管理,重视中医药学学科带头人的评价工作;应细化评估指标,逐步形成系统的中医药学学科带头人评价指标体系;要体现专业差异与中医人文思想,突出中医药特色。
The evaluation of the medical academic leaders is very important, and the key of this work is to establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system. By analyzing research methods and the status quo of the medical academic leader evaluation index system, this paper puts forward the following suggestions : to strengthen the TCM talent management and attach importance to the evaluation of TCM academic leaders; to refine the assessment indexes and form a systematic evaluation index system of TCM academic leaders gradually; to reflect the professional differences and humanistic ideas of TCM and highlight the characteristics of TCM.
