摘要
目的分析在高血压综合健康治疗中实施专科健康教育延伸护理的效果。方法随机选择2015年1月—2016年1月在该院接受治疗的高血压患者100例参与研究,随机平均分成2组,对照组利用常规护理方式对患者实施护理,观察组选择专科健康教育延伸护理方式对患者实施护理,比较两组效果。结果观察组血压控制达标率为94%,对照组为68%;观察组护理满意度为100%,对照组为72%;观察组健康知识知晓度为94%,对照组为64%(P<0.05)。结论在高血压综合健康治疗中实施专科健康教育延伸护理能够提升护理效果,稳定患者血压水平,提高患者生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of specificity health education extensive nursing in the general health treatment of hypertension. Methods 100 cases of patients with hypertension in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing method, while the observation group adopted the specificity health education extensive nursing, and the effect was compared. Results The standard-reaching rate of blood pressure in the observation group was 94% and 68% in the control group, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was 100% and 72% in the control group, and the awareness rate of health knowledge in the observation group was 94% and 64% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The specificity health education extensive nursing in the general health treatment of hypertension can improve the nursing effect, stabilize the blood pressure level of patients and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worth promotion.
