老年高血压病患者的护理延伸服务与血压控制的研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的探索对出院老年高血压病患者实施护理延伸服务的效果。方法对治疗组出院的患者（36例）进行电话或上门随访，与接受常规服务的出院的对照组患者（36例）作对比研究。两组患者均在出院6个月后测量血压。结果治疗组血压达标率94.44％，对照组血压达标率77.78％，有显著性差异（p〈0.05）。结论实施护理延伸服务有利于老年高血压病患者的血压控制，促进身心健康，满足老年高血压病患者不断增长的健康保健需求。
