摘要
查阅2008—2015年脂肪肝相关文献,认为病位在肝,病机特点以脾胃虚弱、肝郁气滞、肝郁脾虚、肾精亏虚等为主,辨证以健脾化湿,疏肝健脾,化痰祛瘀等为治则,经典方剂柴胡疏肝散、二陈汤、茵陈五苓散、香砂六君子汤等,以及医家根据各自临证经验的自拟方剂。用药频次较高者为山楂、泽泻、柴胡、何首乌、郁金、半夏、陈皮、茯苓、虎杖、大黄等。
After searching 2008-2015 relative literatures about fatty liver disease, we thought that liver is the disease location, the causes and pathogenesis characteristics are weakness of spleen and stomach, liver depression and qi stagnation, liver depression and asthenia of spleen, asthenia of kidney essence. The treatment principles of syndrome differentiation are to strengthen the spleen and resolve dampness, soothe the liver and strengthen the spleen, resolve phlegm and remove stasis, etc. The classic prescriptions are Chaihu Shugan powder, Erchen decoction, Yinchen Wuling powder, Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction etc, and self-drafted prescription according to the doctor＇s own clinical experience. The more frequent herbs are Hawthorn Fruit, Oriental Waterplantain Rhizome, Chi-nese Thorowax Root, Fleeceflower Root, Tumeric Root Tuber, Pinellia Tuber, Dried Tangerine Peel, India Bread, Giant Knotweed Rhizome, Rhubarb, etc.
