摘要
目的探讨分析载脂蛋白E基因多态性与中国人2型糖尿病肾脏并发症(DN)的相关性。方法以Apo E为候选基因,选取80例糖尿病患者以及50例健康体检人员,用PCR-RELP分析性检测Apo E基因型,对比分析载脂蛋白E基因多态性与中国人2型糖尿病肾脏并发症(DN)的相关性。结果载脂蛋白E基因多态性与中国人2型糖尿病肾脏并发症具有一定的关联性,DN组Apo Eε2等位基因频率相较于糖尿病肾脏无并发症(DM)组和参照组具有非常明显的优势,组间比较存在差异性(P<0.05)。结论载脂蛋白E基因多态性与中国人2型糖尿病肾脏并发症具有直接的关联,Apo Eε2等位基因属于遗传易感因子,与2型糖尿病肾脏并发症存在正相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Apolipoprotein E gene polymorphism and renal complications in Chinese type 2 diabetic patients.Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（ DM）and 50 cases of healthy persons were selected. APOE genotype was analyzed by using PCR-RFLP detection. The correlation between apolipoprotein E gene polymorphism and type 2 diabetic nephropathy（ DN） complications in Chinese was compared. Results The apolipoprotein E gene polymorphism and Chinese type 2 diabetic nephropathy complications had certain relevance. There was obvious advantage about frequency apo E2 isogene in DN compared with diabetes mellitus（ DM） group and reference group. The differences between groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The apolipoprotein E gene polymorphism and type 2 diabetic nephropathy complications have direct correlation,and apo E allele 2 belongs to the genetic susceptibility factors.It has positive correlation with renal complications in patients with type 2 diabetes.
