摘要
在网络招聘的推动下,企业人才争夺战愈演愈烈,如何吸引和留住优秀人才,已成为企业界广泛关注的焦点。然而,员工间是有很大差异性的,只有有效评估出员工间的差异性,企业才能把优秀人才识别出来,才能采用差异化管理政策有效管理人才。我们采用案例研究的方法,创新式地设计出一套全方位人才评价机制,来对企业员工进行有效评估和分类,并针对企业员工间的差异性,提出了一些差异化管理措施。
In the promotion of network recruitment, the war for talents has become more and more competitive. How to attract and retain talents, has become the focus of attention of many enterprises. However, the employees have very big difference ,only to evaluate the differences among employees. The enterprise can recognize the talents, then it can adopt differentiated management policies to manage talents effectively, in this paper, we adopt the method of case study to design a full range of talent evaluation mechanism, so as to evaluate and classify the employees effec- tively. Then according to the differences among employees, we propose some differentiated management measures.
