摘要
通过对现行高校产业管理体制的分析 ,探讨如何按市场经济规律管理高校产业 ,调整产业结构 ,变企业宏观管理为企业资产管理 ,自主运作资金 ,建立新型股权结构 ,促进高新技术产业化 。
Through the anlaysis of the current industry management system,the paper deals with how to manage the industries in colleges and universities, according to the rules of market oriented economy, adjust the industrial struture, turn the enterprises' macro management structure into the enterprises' assets management struture, running capital independently building up a new type of equity structure, promting the industralization of high tech,developing science and technology enterprises attached to colleges and universities.
