摘要
以高校产业发展为背景,探讨了中国高校产业发展的现状及其制约因素,提出科技创新是高校产业发展的基础、保证和动力,其中最主要的是体制创新、管理创新、机制创新和产学研有机结合。
Regarding the industrial development of higher education as background, the development situation at present and its restricted elements of higher education in China were probed into in this paper. Then it was presented that creation in science and technology were base, guarantee and power in industrial development of higher education, and the impartment elements were creation in system, management, mechanism and cooperation of teaching, research and production.
