摘要
分析了当前高校科技产业存在的主要问题及其原因 ,并从模式、方向、制度创新、经费投入、人才队伍发展思路、对策与措施等方面 ,对如何加快高校科技产业发展提出相应的对策和建议。
The main problems of scientific and technological industry in tertiary schools are analyzed in this paper, which leads to the countermeasures and suggestions on how to speed up the development on the aspects of model, direction, system innovation, capital investment, personnel.
