摘要
本文研究了 PVC 和 PE 共混体系中增容剂(CPE),交联剂(DCP、DAP)及 MgO的作用,发现在 PVC 和 PE 共混体系中单独使用 CPE 或 DCP 增容效果并不太好,而CPE 和 DCP 同时使用则比单独使用效果好,如果再进一步在 PVC-PE-CPE-DCP 体系中加入适量 DAP 和 MgO 则 PVC-PE 共混体系的相容性的改善更为明显,根据这些实验结果我们提出了不相容聚合物共混体糸中的增容—交联协同作用。
The roles of CPE(as compatibilizer),DCP and DAP(as crosslinkingagents)and Mgo in thePVC-PE blend system was described.It was foundthat using CPE and DCP together in the system had better effect than thatusing them separately.Futhermore,the addition of DAP and MgO in the PE-PVC-CPE-DCP system improved the compatibility of PVC and PE more rema-rkably.With the results observed,the compatibilizing-crosslinking synergisticeffect may be created in this incompatible polymer blend system.
