摘要
利用水相悬浮法合成了具有适当接枝率的CPE-g-St共聚物,讨论了CPE浓度、CPE氯含量和氯分布、反应温度、时间等对接枝反应的影响.当用BPO作引发剂时,接枝共聚反应随CPE浓度的提高,接枝效率GE增加,接枝率GD下降,但它们部随CPE氯含量的增加先增加后减少;CPE分子链中的含氯链节(?)CH_2CHCI(?)_m≥2有较大的链转移活性,有利于接枝反应;接枝反应初期,接枝速率较快,2h后变得缓慢.
A CPE-g - St graft copolymer with a proper graft degree was synthesized by water phase suspension method. The effects of CPE concentration, the chlorine content and distribution in CPE. the reaction temperature and time on the graft copolymerization reaction were discussed. When BPO was used as initiator, the graft efficiency increased, but the graft degree decreased, with the increase of CPE concentration; when the chlorinity in CPE increased, the efficiency and degree increased first and then decreased. The chloro-chain (CH2CHCl)m≥2 in CPE molecular chain was more active for chain transfer and favourable for graft reaction. The graft degree was fast at the beginning of the reaction, and slow down after 2 hours.
