摘要
本文采用Elvaloy741、EVA作为PYC/LLDPE共混物的增容剂。用机械共混法制样,研究了增容剂含量对共混物的力学性能、熔沐流动性能及相态结构的影响。实验结果表明,增容剂含量对共混物的上述三种性能影响呈现一定的规律性。增容剂含量适当,能不同程度地改善共混体系的力学性能和加工性能。
ELVALOY 741 and EVA were used as compatibilizers of the poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC)/Linear Low Density polyethlene(LLDPE) blends. The blends were prepared by mechanieal blending. It was found that the influences of contenes of compatibilizers in PVC/LLDPE (80/20) blends on the mechanical properties. Melt flow index and phase structures of the blends changed in a certain trend. The experiments showed that the mechanical and processing properties of the PVC/PE blends could be improved to some extent by adding suitable amout of one of above compatibilizers.
