摘要
研究以500日龄绍兴鸭、山麻鸭、缙云麻鸭和攸县麻鸭为试验材料,测量每个品种体重、体尺和屠宰性能指标,进行各指标间相关性分析,并比较各指标品种间差异。结果表明:绍兴鸭母鸭的体重、体斜长、龙骨长、胫长、胫围、半潜水长匀极显著高于其他三种母鸭(P<0.01),胸深以缙云麻鸭最高,但与绍兴鸭差异不显著(P>0.05);四种母鸭的胸宽无显著差异(P>0.05)。绍兴鸭公鸭的体尺指标均高于其他三种公鸭,但差异程度不一。绍兴鸭的屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重、胸肌重和腿肌重都高于其他三种鸭,除公鸭之间的胸肌重差异不显著(P>0.05)外,以上其他指标差异显著(P<0.05);攸县麻鸭母鸭的屠宰率达到93.17%,显著高于山麻鸭(P<0.05);四个品种的全净膛率差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合各项指标分析,绍兴鸭屠宰性能最佳,缙云麻鸭其次,且不同品种鸭体重、体尺与屠宰性能各指标间有不同程度的相关性。
Body weight, body measurements and slaughter traits were measured in Shaoxing duck, Shanma duck, Jinyun duck and Youxian duck at the age of 500 days, to study the correlation parameters, and analyze the differences among duck breeds. The results showed that the body weight, body slope length, chest bone length, shank length, shank girth and half-diving depth of Shaoxing duck were significantly higher than that of other three breeds（P〈0.01）,the chest depth of Jinyun duck was the highest but no significant difference with Shaoxing duck（P〉0.05）;there was no sig- nificant difference between the chest width of female ducks in four breeds. Shaoxing duck had the higher body indexes than other three breed duck,with different extent. The slaughter weight, half-eviscerated weight, eviscerated weight, leg muscle weight and breast muscle weight of Shaoxing duck were significantly higher than that of the others （P〈0.05） except breast muscle weight of male ducks（P〉0.05） in four breeds. Youxian duck had the highest slaughter rate, which reached 93.17% and significantly higher than Shanma duck（P〈0.05）. Difference among four breeds on the eviscerated yield percentage was not significant（P〉0.05）. Based on the analysis of all indicators,Shaoxing duck had the best slaughter performance, and Jinyun duck was the second. Of different duck breeds, body weight, body measurements and slaughter traits among various indicators had different degrees of correlation.
