摘要
试验选择43周龄连城白鸭为研究材料,分别测定连城白鸭公鸭和母鸭的体重、屠宰性能、体尺指标,并分析所测定各指标间的相关性。结果表明:43周龄连城白鸭的平均体重为1.304 kg,公鸭1.261 kg,母鸭1.348 kg,母鸭体重极显著高于公鸭(P<0.01);公鸭的半潜水长、龙骨长、胸深均极显著高于母鸭(P<0.01),胸宽显著高于母鸭(P<0.05),公鸭的髋骨宽、胫围极显著低于母鸭(P<0.01);公鸭的屠体重、活重极显著低于母鸭(P<0.01),公鸭的全净膛重、腿肌重、半净膛率、全净膛率极显著高于母鸭(P<0.01),公鸭的胸肌重显著高于母鸭(P<0.05);试验所测体尺指标有8个指标间存在显著(P<0.05)或极显著的(P<0.01)正相关,有3个指标间存在显著(P<0.05)或极显著的(P<0.01)负相关;屠宰性能有13个指标间存在显著(P<0.05)或极显著的(P<0.01)正相关;连城白鸭的7个体尺指标与8个屠宰性能指标间存在显著(P<0.05)或极显著的(P<0.01)正相关,半潜水长、龙骨长与屠体重呈显著负相关(P<0.05),髋骨宽、胫围与全净膛率、半净膛率存在极显著负相关(P<0.01)。
The body weight,body measurements and slaughter performance indexes of 43-week-old Liancheng white duck were measured,and the correlation among the indexes was analyzed.The results showed that the average body weight of 43-week-old Liancheng white duck,male duck and female duck was 1.304,1.261 and 1.348 kg respectively.The body weight of male ducks was significantly lower than that of female ducks(P<0.01).The keel length,half-diving depth,chest depth of male ducks were significantly higher than that of female ducks(P<0.01),and the chest widthof male ducks was significantly higher than that of female ducks(P<0.05).The hipbone width and shank girth of female ducks was significantly higher than that of male ducks(P<0.01).The live weight and carcass weight of male ducks were significantly lower than that of female ducks(P<0.01).The semi-eviscerated rate,eviscerated weight,eviscerated rate and leg weight were significantly higher than that of female ducks(P<0.01),and the chest weight of male ducks was significantly higher than that of female ducks(P<0.05).There was a significant(P<0.05)or extremely significant(P<0.01)positive correlation among 8 body measurement indexes measured in the experiment,and there was a significant(P<0.05)or extremely significant(P<0.01)negative correlation among 3 indexes.There was a significant(P<0.05)or extremely significant(P<0.01)positive correlation among 13 indexes of slaughter performance.There was a significant(P<0.05)or extremely significant(P<0.01)positive correlation between 7 body measurements indexes and 8 slaughter performance indexes of Liancheng white duck.There was a significant negative correlation between keel length,half-diving depth and slaughter weight(P<0.05).There was a significant negative between hipbone width,shank girth and semi-eviscerated rate,eviscerated rate(P<0.01).
