摘要
目的探究在子宫颈癌发病过程中与纤维蛋白原(Fg)β448 G/A基因多态性的相关性。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片断长度多态性分析的方法对2013年5月-2014年12月初次就诊的汉族子宫颈癌患者141例标本与同期收集的健康汉族女性体检者141例标本的Fgβ448 G/A基因多态性进行基因型分型检测,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 1病例组Fgβ448 G/A基因型频率及等位基因频率与对照组比较,病例组高于对照组(P<0.05);2A等位基因与子宫颈癌的发生密切相关,3子宫颈癌GG、GA及AA基因型的血浆Fg水平分别是(3.09±0.22)、(3.11±0.26)和(3.31±0.51)g/L,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Fgβ448 G/A基因多态性变化与宫颈癌的发生可能具有相关性。
Objective To detect the relationship between cervical cancer and gene polymorphisms of β-fibrinogen gene (Fgβ)-448G/A. Methods Polymorphisms of Fgβ-448G/A gene were detected and analyzed in the specimens from 141 cervical cancer patients and 141 healthy controls using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism method. Results The genotype frequency and allele frequency of Fgβ-448G/A in the cervical cancer group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). The allele A was closely associated with the incidence of cervical cancer. The plasma Fg levels in the cervical cancer patients with the genotypes GG, GA and AA were (3.09 ± 0.22) g/L, (3.11 ± 0.26) g/L and (3.31 ± 0.51) g/L respectively without obvious differences (P 〉 0.05). Conclusions The gene polymorphism of Fgβ-448G/A is possibly associated with the incidence of cervical cancer.
