摘要
教学反思是教师专业化成长的重要环节,对促进教师的专业化发展具有重要的作用。PDCA循环是用于提高管理质量和管理效益所进行的一种科学化、标准化、程序化的管理方法。将PDCA循环法引入到教师的教学反思过程中,可以提高教师教学反思的主动性和积极性,提高课堂教学的效果,进而提高教师的专业素质,促进教师的专业化发展。
In teacher's professional development, teaching reflection plays an important role among other aspects. Meanwhile, thePDCA circulation is a scientific, standard and programmatic management system for improving the management quality and benefit.The introduction of PDCA circulation can largely promote teaching reflection's initiative and enthusiasm, thus fundamentally enhancethe education result and the quality of classroom teaching, as well as the teacher's professionalism and growth.
