摘要 分析了《食品安全与卫生学》课程教学的目的、内容以及存在的问题与不足,以此为基础引入了PBLLBL互融教学理念,从理论上阐述了PBL-LBL模式的含义与理念精髓,并探讨了在《食品安全与卫生学》课程中的改革应用,包括课前准备和课堂教学过程中需要注意的问题,最后对教改过程中可能出现的问题进行了分析。通过深入探究PBL-LBL互融教学理念在《食品安全与卫生学》课程中的实践与应用,以期切实可行地解决本科教学与管理工作中的热点、难点,进一步推进高校教育教学改革创新的步伐。 Analyze the teaching purpose, content, and the problems and deficiencies of the course of "Food safety & hygiene".On this basis, introduce the concept of PBL-LBL inter-amalgamation teaching model, and then theoretically expound the meaning and essence of PBL-LBL model. In addition, discuss the application of the PBL-LBL on the curriculum reform of "Food safety & hygiene", including preparation before class and the problems needed to be aware of in the process of classroom teaching, and finally the possible problems in the process of the educational reform were also analyzed.Deeply research on the practice and application of PBL-LBL teaching ideas in the course of"Food safety & hygiene" was made,in order to provide the feasible solutions to the hot and difficult job of undergraduate course teaching and management,and further advance the pace of innovation education in colleges and universities teaching reform.
