摘要
在测试平台上对力反馈两级伺服阀的流量特性和压力特性进行测量,并根据测试结果分析其静态性能。同时根据建立的伺服阀的数学模型,在MATLAB中仿真分析伺服阀的动态性能。通过实验结果和理论分析,验证了该伺服阀具有良好的动静态性能,同时也为伺服阀的优化设计和性能改善提供了一定的参考。
Measuring the flow and pressure characteristics of force-feedback servo-valve on the test bench, and analyze its static performance based on the results. According to the mathematical model of servo-valve,we can get the simulation analysis of dynamic performance of the servo valve in MATLAB. The experimental results and theoretical analysis verify that the dynamic and static performance of the servo-valve is good.The result also provides a reference for the optimized design and performance improvement of the servo-valve.
