摘要
研制了一种多功能超声波检测信息处理仪器,与传统超声探伤仪配接,实现了高速实时拾取A型超声波检测数据,实时得到多种信息处理结果并且存档。能有效解决现场超声检测原始数据记录、缺陷精确定位、手动B扫描和回波包络线记录之类的问题。解决了微处理器控制高速A/D数据采集、同步时序配合、单线控制等技术难点。给出了控制软件原理和测试结果分析。
A multifunction data processing device for ultrasonic testing has been developed. Connected with the conventional ultrasonic flaw detector.it can digitize A-scan ultrasonic signals for further analysis and documentation at high frequency. It is considered very useful in solving such problems as raw data recording,accurate flaw quantization and positioning,as well as B-scan and echo envelope curve recording on-site.
