摘要
对某款柴油车1、2挡急加速过程中产生的增压器哨声异响现象进行了机理分析,采用LMS Test Lab软件对增压器进行了噪声测试。理论和测试结果分析表明增压器产生哨声异响的原因为不平衡量引起的同步噪声和油膜涡动引起的亚同步噪声。通过对增压器转子系统不平衡量进行控制,并利用Dyrobes软件对增压器浮环轴承的内外间隙进行优化,采取以上措施有效控制了增压器哨声异响的产生。
The mechanism of whistle noise that is produced by the turbocharger in the process of the first and second gear acceleration was analyzed on a diesel engine powered vehicle. The turbo- charger noise was measured by using LMS Test Lab. The theoretical and measured analysis results show that the sources of the whistle noise are from the synchronous noise due to the unbalance of the shaft and from the subsynchronous noise due to oil film whirl. These measures are taken to effectively control the whistle noise produced in the turbocharger by controlling the unbalance of the turbo- charger rotors and optimizing the inner and outer clearances of the floating bearing.
