摘要
综合大量文献对我国体育法学教材进行了分析。结果:我国体育法学教材出现时间较晚,存在教材标注不一等问题;教材结构方面我国的主编式,不同于英美国家的合著式;教材内容与英美国家明显不同,以本体化为主。未来我国体育法学教材发展应该以体育院系学生为主,不断创新教材体系,加强教材配套建设。
Synthesizing literature, this thesis gave analysis to sports law textbooks, and the results are sports law textbook in our country appears later, with the problem of different labels. In the textbook construction, the chief editor as main mode in our country is different from Anglo-American countries; as for the textbook content, protruding the ontology aspect. In the future the development of sports law textbook should pay attention to students from P. E school, at the same time, continuously innovating textbook system and strengthening construc- tion of supporting textbook.
