摘要
20世纪90年代以后中国体育法学研究取得长足进展。在查阅了1 000余篇期刊论文和硕博士论文的基础上,以对体育中的法律问题研究为中心,按照体育与人格权、体育与知识产权、体育与伤害、体育与工作、体育与不当行为、体育纠纷解决6个领域,总结了我国体育法学研究取得的主要成果,并从研究内容、研究方法等方面对我国当前体育法学研究提出了展望。
The study on sports law made rapid progress since 1990s in 20th century in China. Supported by more than 1000 journal articles, master and doctoral dissertations on sports law study, this article put the legal issues in sports into six categories, sports and personality mark, sports and the intellectual property right, sports and injury, sports and work, sports and misconduct, remedy mechanism of sports dispute; and summarized the major viewpoints; prospected the further sports law study in content and method.
