天丝织物染色和紫外线防护整理一浴加工 被引量:5

One Bath Dyeing and Anti-UV Finishing of Tencel Fabric

摘要 采用L型活性染料三原色和反应型紫外吸收剂LIQ用于天丝织物的染色和抗紫外一浴整理,探讨染料、碳酸钠、氯化钠和紫外吸收剂用量、处理温度和时间等因素对天丝织物染色/抗紫外整理一浴工艺的影响,测试了整理织物的耐水洗性能。结果表明:随着整理时间的延长和氯化钠质量浓度的增加,天丝织物的抗紫外性能呈现逐渐升高的趋势;随着染色温度的升高和碳酸钠质量浓度的增加,天丝织物的UPF值先升高后降低;当L型活性染料为0.25%(owf)时,其对天丝织物进行染色和抗紫外一浴整理的最佳工艺为:紫外吸收剂LIQ为1.00%(owf),氯化钠为50g/L,碳酸钠为7.5g/L,60℃保温60min。整理后天丝织物具有较好的耐洗性,整理织物经30次标准洗涤后UPF值变化较小,耐洗和耐摩擦色牢度可达到服用要求。 L-type reactive dyes and reactive ultraviolet absorbent LIQ were used for one bath dyeing and anti-UV finishing of tencel fabrics. The effect of dyes, sodium carbonate, sodium chloride and ultraviolet absorbent dosage, temperature and time one bath dyeing and anti-UV finishing of tencel fabrics was researched. The washing performance of finished tencel fabrics was also tested. The results show that anti-UV performance of finished tencel fabric increases with the increase in finishing time and mass concentration of sodium chloride. UPF value of finished tencel fabric first increases and then decreases with the rise in dyeing temperature and mass concentration of sodium carbonate. When L-type reactive dye is 0. 25%(owf), the optimal process of one bath dyeing and finishing for tencel fabrics is as follows, ultraviolet absorbent LIQ 1.00% (owf), sodium chloride 50g/L, sodium carbonate 7. 5g/L, and treatment at 60℃ for 60 min. After finishing, tencel fabric has good washing fastness; UPF value of finished fabrics changes little after 30 times of standard washing, and the washing fastness and color fastness to rubbing can reach the wearing requirements.
