摘要
探讨了降低天丝织物原纤化程度的化学处理方法,包括碱处理、纤维素酶处理和树脂处理,并优化了天丝织物活性染料染色工艺。结果表明,采用活性S-3B红、S-3R黄、S-GL蓝和G黑四只染料,在元明粉100 g/L、纯碱20 g/L条件下于温度65℃染色60 min;G黑染色天丝织物的色牢度稍差,其它织物的色牢度均能满足要求。
The chemical processes that reduce the fibrillation of Tencel fabric are discussed, including alkali treatment, cellulase treatment and resin finish. The reactive dyeing process is optimized as follows, sodium hydroxide 100 g/L,sodium carbonate 20 g/L, dyeing at 65 ℃; for 60 min. The results show that the fabrics dyed separately with reactive red S-3B, yellow S-3R and blue S-GL have good color fastness, but the color fastness of the sample dyed with black G is somewhat poor.
