摘要 针对传统PID控制存在的精度低、稳定性差、难以适应选煤厂复杂环境的状况,设计出了一种模糊PID智能控制系统。该系统基于分选过程流态化特性,与组态王相组合可以实现在线实时远程监控分选系统。智能控制系统在鹤岗新一选煤厂的LCH-2400型水介流化床粗煤泥分选机上得到了很好的应用,工业应用结果表明:该智能系统操作方便,响应速度快,分选效率高,生产成本低,满足了选煤厂对自动化控制的要求,对提高选煤厂自动化水平有着重要的意义。 Owing to the fact that the tradition PID control mode can hardly adapt to the complicate operating conditions of coal preparation plant due to its low accuracy and stability, a fuzzy PID intelligent control system is specifically designed. The system designed based on the fluidization characteristics of the separation process in combination with the king view component can realize online real-time remote monitoring of the separating process. Application of the intelligent system for the control of the LCH - 2400 water-medium fluidized-bed coarse slime separator operating in Xinyi plant, Hegang city has met with great success. As evidenced by result of industrial application, the control system is easy to operate and quick in response, making it possible for the separator to operate with a much higher efficiency at lower operating cost. Its application proves to be capable of meeting the automatic control requirements placed by coal preparation plant and is of great significance to the enhancement of the automation level of such plants.
