摘要
煤泥水药剂自动添加是现代化选煤厂的关键过程控制环节之一,文中详细全面研究了煤泥水和药剂添加的有关性质,获得了自动加药的基础数据。药剂自动添加系统选择了成熟可靠的传感器、执行器和控制器及人机界面,分别采用模糊控制和模糊自校正PID算法控制实现药剂添加,现场实施表明,该系统可有效控制溢流浓度,节省药剂用量。
