摘要
在自制LCH-2400型流化床分选机机体内,通过分层采样分析,研究流化床粗煤泥分选过程中的流态化特性。实验结果表明:当上升水流速度是13.94 mm/s时,分选密度1.62 g/cm3,实验指数n值为2.34,流化床层中粗煤泥形成了高度为200 mm的矸石层、1 800 mm的过渡层和100 mm的精煤层,矸石层中大于1.8 g/cm3密度级含量是80.1%,小于1.3 g/cm3密度级含量是4.96%,形成了有利分选的矸石层,为分选机高效分选创造了条件。
This paper introduces a study on the fluidized bed' s characteristics of coarse slime in a self-made LCH -2400 separator by using stratified sampling design. The result show that the up-flow velocity of 13.94 ram/s, experimental exponent n value of 2.34, and the separation density of 1.62 g/cm^3 produces gangue coarse slime with a height of 200 mm, transition coarse slime with height of a 1 800 ram, and clean coal with a height of 100 mm and yields the gangue coarse slime formed from the 80.1% content with density greater than 1.8 g/cm^3 and 4.96% content with density less than 1.3 g/cm^3 , forming a gangue layer favorable to separation, thereby facilitating higher separation efficiency.
