低温血液透析联合左卡尼汀对糖尿病肾病患者透析中低血压的影响 被引量：7

摘要 目前,在我国糖尿病肾病（diabetic neohropathy,DN）是继原发性肾小球疾病之后第二位构成终末期肾脏病（end-stage renal disease,ESRD）的常见病因。血液透析是ESRD的主要治疗方法之一,但透析中低血压（intradialytic hypotension,IDH）发生率〉20%[1]。
