摘要
目的 观察三伏贴穴位贴敷治疗慢性咳喘病人的疗效及护理体会。方法 选取我科收治50例慢性咳喘患者,在常规治疗和一般护理基础上加用三伏贴穴位贴敷治疗。自初伏第一天开始贴,至末伏最后一天结束,每贴贴2-3天,每年三伏天为一个疗程,连续治疗3年。结果 三个疗程结束后共治愈8例,有效39例,无效3例,总有效率为94%。结论 三伏贴穴位贴敷结合护理治疗慢性咳喘病疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and nursing experience of Sanfu plaster in the treatment of chronic cough and asthma. Methods 50 cases of chronic cough and asthma patients in our department were selected. They were treated with Sanfu plaster acupoint sticking therapy on the basis of the routine therapy and nursing care. From the first day of the three ten-day periods of the hot season to the last of the three ten-day periods of the hot season, each plaster was used two or three days, the three ten-day periods of the hot season was one course of treatment, and the treatment continued three years. Results After three courses of treatment, 8 cases were cured, 39 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 94%. Conclusion Sanfu plaster acupoint sticking therapy combined with nursing in the treatment of chronic cough and asthma has significantly curative effect, and is worthy of promotion.
