摘要
目的观察中医冬病夏治社区防治慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的菜单式服务方案的疗效。方法将320名患者分为试验组和对照组,每组160例。试验组给予夏季敷贴、穴位注射等菜单式服务,对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察期均为1年。结果试验组治疗后临床症状及急性发作情况较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05);试验组综合疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组预防性治疗平均总费用及药物预防费用等均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医冬病夏治社区防治COPD的菜单式服务方案是适合上海市区情的社区服务模式,值得推广。
Objective To analyzes the clinical effect of the service menu scheme for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） in local communities by the method of ＂winter disease cured in summer＂ （WDCS） in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 320 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,with 160 patients in each group. The observation period is one year with WDCS and conventional therapy respectively. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms of treatment group were improved significantly, P 〈 0.05; the total curative effect of treatment group was superior to control group, P〈 0.05; the average total expense and medical expenditure in the preventive treatment in treatment group were lower than those in control group, P〈 0.05. Conclusion The service menu scheme for COPD is suitable for community prevention and treatment in Shanghai, and is worth being widely used.
