摘要
目的:观察膏方联合三伏贴合并激素治疗支气管哮喘患者120例临床疗效。方法:选取支气管哮喘轻度持续或中度持续患者共120例,随机分为2组:吸入糖皮质激素基础上应用膏方联合三伏贴组、单纯吸入糖皮质激素组。观察治疗前后的哮喘证候积分、哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分及因哮喘急性加重导致入急诊或入院治疗次数。结果:2组治疗后证候积分、ACT评分及入急诊或入院治疗次数均明显改善(P<0.05);治疗后膏方联合三伏贴治疗组较对照组以上指标均明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:膏方联合三伏贴治疗支气管哮喘可使症情得到有效缓解。
Objective： To observe the herbal paste plus San-fu patch to treat 120 cases of clinical efficacy in patients with bron- chial asthma. Methods： Select hronchial asthma mild persistent or moderate persistent patients with a total of 120 cases, were ran- domly divided into two groups, that was inhaled corticosteroids （ICS） on the basis of application of herbal paste plus san-fu patch af- fixed group and simply inhaled ICS group. Asthma symptom scores before and after treatment, Asthma control test （ACT） score and lead into the emergency room visit due to asthma exacerbations or admission number of treatments was observed. Results： After treat- ment syndrome integral ACT score and the emergency or inpatient admissions were significantly improved （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the treatment group compared with the control group above indicators improved significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： The treatment of the herbal paste plus san-fu patch can alleviate effectively on bronchial asthma symptoms.
