从某泥岩型铀矿中浮选碳酸盐矿物的研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对某泥岩型铀矿,采用浮选碳酸盐矿物的方法来降低铀浸出时的试剂消耗。矿石含泥量很高,且只能在不脱泥的情况下进行浮选,调节矿浆温度至30℃,添加水玻璃作为矿泥分散剂和脉石矿物的抑制剂,用氧化石蜡皂作为碳酸盐矿物捕收剂,在条件试验的基础上采用"一粗二精二扫、中矿顺序返回"的闭路流程,在10台1.5L连续浮选设备中进行连选试验。结果表明,该浮选方法可以有效地将碳酸盐矿物浮选出来,得到w(CO_2)为23.34%的碳酸盐矿物精矿产品,以CO_2计回收率为88.26%。 In order to reduce uranium leaching reagent consumption in a mudstone type uranium depos-it, flotation process is employed to remove carbonate minerals from the mudstone type uranium ore. Mud content is high in the ore and flotation can only be carried out without removing mud. After ad-justing the pulp temperature to 30 ℃ , water glass was added in the pulp as dispersant of slime and in-hibitors of gangue minerals, oxidized paraffin soap was used as carbonate minerals collector. On the basis of conditional experiments, continuous flotation test was carried out by closed circuit of one roughing-two cleaning-two scavenging in 10 flotation cells of 1. 5 L flotation equipment. Carbonate minerals can be effectively floated. The 23. 3 4 % C02 grade concentrate carbonate minerals is achieved and the CO2 recovery rate is 88. 26%.
