摘要
贵州省瓮福磷矿英坪矿段矿石属碳酸盐型磷块岩。在磨矿细度－２００目６１．２％。Ｐ２Ｏ５品位３０．７１％，ＭｇＯ３．７６％的条件下，采用硫酸为磷矿物的抑制剂，ＰＡ—３１为碳酸盐矿物捕收剂的反浮选工艺，获得精矿Ｐ２Ｏ５品位３５．８６％，ＭｇＯ０．８％，Ｐ２Ｏ５回收率９７．２０％的指标。
Reverse flotation flowsheet with sulfuric acid as depressant for phosphate mineral and PA-31 as collector for carbonate mineral is used to process carbonate-bearing phosphate rock from Yingping deposit zon of Wenfu Phosphate Mine at head grabe P2O530.71%,MgO 3.76 % and grinding fineness-200 mesh 61. 2%,and a concentrate contianing P2O5 35. 86%,MgO 0.8% was obtained with recovery 97. 20%.
