摘要
本文研究了磁种在碳酸盐和磷酸盐矿物表面的磁覆盖行为 ,探讨了磁覆盖的作用机理。研究表明 ,在一定的条件下 ,磁种选择性覆盖于白云石和方解石表面 ,而不覆盖于磷酸盐表面 ,采用磁覆盖—强磁分选 P2 O5品位为 2 1.96%的混合矿 ,可得到 P2 O5品位为 30 .54%的磷精矿 ,回收率为 90 .2 7%。
This paper studies magnetic coating behaviours of magnetic seeds on carbonate phosphate ore. Action mechanism of magnetic coating is revealed. The study shows that magnetic seeds selective coated on dolomite and calcite minerals, but didn't coat on phosphate minerals. The mixture containing 23.96% P 2O 5 was processed with magnetic coating and high intensity magnetic separation. Phosphate concentrate containing 30.54% P 2O 5 was obtained with recovery of 90.27%.
