摘要
将体验式教学应用于中药制剂分析课程,以培养学生的动手能力、实验设计能力及理论与实践的结合能力为目的,让学生有机会对先进的大型仪器进行体验式上机操作。具体实施是以甘肃道地药材"黄芪"为研究对象,建立其多种指标成分含量测定的方法,让研究生和本科生独立完成实验,以此促进学生学习的积极性和主动性,真正实现教学与科研的充分结合,达到以教学促进科研、以科研提升教学的目的。
In order to cultivate students" practical ability, experimental design ability and combination ability of theory and practice, and enable the students to have the opportunity to experience the operation of the advanced large-scale instruments on their own, the experiential teaching is applied to Pharmacy Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine course. Taking Radix Astragaliis as the research object, a method of determining the content of multi-index constituents by UPLC (Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography) is adopted. Undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to complete the experiment independently, and their enthusiasm and initiative in using the large-scale instruments are promoted. The combination of teaching with research is well completed, the research and teaching are stimulated, and the purpose for promoting research by teaching and stimulating teaching by research is realized.
