摘要
以废弃的粘胶基碳纤维为碳源,通过化学切割法制备了碳量子点。通过透射电镜、荧光光谱和傅里叶红外光谱等对碳量子点的微观形貌、光物理性质和化学结构进行表征,结果发现:通过化学切割粘胶基碳纤维制备的碳量子点分散性能良好,保留了碳纤维原有的晶格结构,并且展现出多色彩的荧光效应。
Carbon quantum dots were prepared via chemical cutting of rayon-based carbon fibers. The carbon quantum dots were characterized by transmission electron microscopy, fluorescence spectrophotometry and Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometry. The results indicated that the carbon quantum dots had good dispersion stability, reserved the original lattice structure of rayon-based carbon fibers, and exhibited multicolor fluorescence effect.
