摘要
以人造棉布为原料,经(NH4)2HPO4浸渍后炭化、石墨化处理制备柔性的碳布材料。研究了浸渍液对人造棉布炭化历程的影响,以及碳布收率、电阻率、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率的变化规律。结果表明,经过(NH4)2HPO4的浸渍,碳布的炭化收率从11.3%提高到31.3%;电阻率有明显下降,石墨化后碳布的电阻率降为0.068Ω.cm;断裂伸长率为14.7%。同时具有良好的透气性能和一定的强度,可用于燃料电池气体扩散层材料。
Man-made cotton cloth was used as raw material to prepare flexible carbon cloth.After impregnation in(NH4)2HPO4 solution,cotton cloth was carbonized and then graphitized.The influence of impregnation solution on the carbonization of cotton cloth was investigated.The change pattern of yield,electrical resistivity,tensile strength and elongation at break was studied.It was found that after impregnation in(NH4)2HPO4,the yield of carbon cloth was raised from 11.3% to 31.3%.The electrical resistivity dropped remarkably,which was 0.068Ω·cm after graphitization.The elongation at break was 14.7%.The prepared carbon cloth at the same time had relatively good permeability and strength,which was appealing for application in gas diffusion layer materials of fuel cell.
