摘要
采用SEM、XRD、FT-IR等手段,分析表征了黏胶基活性碳纤维(ACF)毡的显微结构;依据化工行业标准HG/T 3922—2006,测试了黏胶基ACF毡的面密度、干燥减量、pH值和灰分等指标,研究了该纤维毡对弱酸性染料废水的净化性能。结果表明:黏胶基ACF表面有丰富的沟槽和微孔,属类石墨微晶结构,含有—OH基团和纤维素环;对染液废水的净化效果良好,用4 g黏胶基ACF毡净化100 mL质量浓度为40.3 mg/L、温度为25℃的弱酸性艳蓝A染料废水,6 h后净化率达80%以上。
The microstructure of viscose-based activated carbon fiber felt was analyzed by SEM, XRD, FT-IR, and other methods. The mass per unit area, loss quality on drying, pH, and ash content of the felt were tested according to The Standard of Chemical Industry of China ( HG/T 3922--2006). The puri- fication performances of the felt to weak acid dye wastewater were studied. The results indicate that the surface of viscose-based activated carbon fiber is rich in grooves and pores; the fiber is graphite-like microcrystalline structure; contains --OH group and the cellulose ring. The viscose-based ACF felt has good purification property. Using 4 g of the felt to purify 100 mL of weak acid brilliant blue A wastewater(40.3 mg/L), the purification rate is more than 80% when the temperature is 25℃ and the purification time is 6 hours.
