摘要
从知识治理机制角度,提出华为技术创新路径图,并深度分析华为1987~2014年知识治理机制下的技术创新动态过程,最后总结了其成功经验对我国科技型企业技术创新实践带来的启示。
From the perspective of knowledge governance mechanisms,Huawei＇s technology innovation path map is putted forward,and deeply analysis Huawei＇s dynamic process of the technological innovation in the knowledge governance mechanism from 1987 to 2014,at last,summarizes the enlightenment to our country＇s science and technology enterprises technology innovation practice that its successful experience.
