摘要
在考虑情境因素的基础上,架构了以治理机制为中介变量、外显情境和内隐情境为调节变量,包含知识属性、知识资源在内的知识治理影响因素的概念模型。基于问卷调查数据,采用回归分析验证模型。结果表明:治理机制居于中介核心地位;知识距离、成员博弈类型会反方向影响知识治理绩效,但内隐情境却在总体上表现对知识治理绩效的正向推动;宽容、信任、容忍程度越高的企业氛围,越可能抵减由于知识距离、成员博弈类型对知识治理带来的负面影响。
This paper constructs a theory mode in consideration to the context factor, the mediating effect of governance mechanism and the knowledge attribute and knowledge resource. Result shows that the governance mechanism, which is a mediating factor, plays an important role. specific implicit context ,climate full of trust ,tolerance will weaken the bad influ- ence brought by the knowledge difference ,the game type of staff is also proved.
