摘要
在认同知识治理的本质是对知识活动所涉主体行为的协调这一基础上,归纳和分析官僚控制、社区自治、市场调节三类典型的知识治理机制的总体特征;同时,基于顾客导向、创新导向的战略导向分类,以不同战略导向匹配相异的知识治理机制组合权重为切入点,提出环境变动、知识活动障碍是企业战略导向、知识治理机制、知识活动之间演进关系的内在机理;最后,总结分析两条典型的演进路径,并指出顾客知识、治理经验的累积是演进关系螺旋上升的源动力。
On the basis of the fact that the essence of knowledge governance is to coordinate the behavior of knowledge subjects related to the knowledge activity, we analyze the general feature of hierarchy control, communication autonomy, market transaction by means of theory induction. At the same time, in this paper, the variation of enviromnent and the barrier of knowledge activity are the inner cause of the evolutionary relation between strategy orientation, knowledge governance mechanism and knowledge activity if the different strategy, which includes customer orientation and innovation orientation, match the different combined weight of the governance mechanisms. Finally, two typical evolutionary paths are generated in this paper. And the original dynamic leading to the upward spiral of evolutionary relation lies in the accumulation of customer knowledge and governance experience.
